We have a notary on site if needed. 

Complete online registration by clicking HERE if you are new to the organization. Returning players will make their registration payments below. If you have multiple athletes, please email newtampawildcats@yahoo.com to be sent an invoice with a sibling discount.

You can submit completed paperwork and required documents by emailing them to ntwregistrar25@gmail.com  Forms can be found above and below is the complete list of items needed for registration. You may also turn in paperwork in person. Be on look out for onsite registration days to be posted soon.

*Please note that rosters do fill quickly and those who are paid in full and have completed all registration paperwork will be given priority consideration. All others will be placed on the waiting list once rosters are full.

This site offers scholarships but they do go fast so be sure to keep monitoring for when they open it up for fall.

We also have a limited amount of scholarships. Please email newtampawildcats@yahoo.com for more information. 

Registration Fees:

  • $250 Registration (For Football) MM and PW

  • $325 Registration (For Football) Levels Midget to V

  • $350 Registration (For Cheer)

  • $150 Family Commitment Fee (This fee is per family not athlete) Payable by check, check will only be cashed if families fail to fulfil commitment responsibilities.)

IMPORTANT: Per the registration contract, $100 deposit is REQUIRED at sign-up. Those who pay full registration will be remain on roster and those who don't will be removed and placed on waiting list. Full payment is required to remain on active roster.
